AP CHEMISTRY SUMMER ASSIGNMENT 2023 Complete the 5 tutorials under the topic Reviewing First-Year Chemistry in Google Classroom (class code: enbqpdf ). Detailed instructions are also located under that topic in Google Classroom. Each tutorial consists of a video or 2 followed by 4-8 practice problems. Several of the practice problems require you to show your hand-written work. Each tutorial completed by its due date will earn a daily grade. These tutorials will be officially assigned and due during the first 2 weeks of school. The first tutorial will be assigned on day 1 (August 2). The last tutorial will be due on Sunday, August 13. I strongly encourage you to complete the 5 tutorials prior to the start of school as we will be covering more difficult review topics during the first 2 weeks in class with additional practice both in class and outside of class. T he optional summer assignment may be completed over the summer, but it will be officially assigned on the first day of class and due by Friday, August 13th. I am available for help through Remind. To join my Remind, text @roukap2023 to 81010 or join online at remind.com/join/roukap2023 I will also periodically check my email over the summer: miranda.rouk@gcpsk12.org
The optional summer assignment may be completed over the summer, but it will be officially assigned on the first day of class and is due by August 11, 2023. The purpose of this summer assignment is to review skills that we will be using throughout the course and to preview content we will be learning this year. There are three parts, and I estimate it will take 3-4 hours to complete, depending on the individual.
